GDPR Controller vs. Processor Roles
The community administrator is the Data Controller. Tarno acts solely as the Data Processor carrying out your explicit instructions in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679.
Data Subject Rights & Portability
Administrators and participants retain full rights to access, export, rectify, and delete personal metadata. WhatsApp session credentials can be disconnected and destroyed instantly at any time.

No. Tarno does not store or archive group messages or chat logs. Processing is completely ephemeral.
